Quality and Process Management

  • Process and quality control is governed by ISO 9001:2008 standards. This ensures overall smooth functioning of the company and helps us operationally align ourselves to attain the set targets
  • Timely calibrated measuring instruments from reputed companies are used to measure and monitor process quality. Statistical Process Control tools like Run Charts, Cp & Cpk & Standard Operating Procedures are used for process and quality control
  • Reliable process management document system is in place to avoid errors due to a communication gap
Mudas mura and muri

The processes on the Shop floor are managed with the principles of 5S and Lean. We conduct regular review of operations with a focus to Sort, Systematise, Shine, Standardise and Sustain. 7 Mudas, Mura and Muri are identified and avoided/ reduced by pro-active approach of the entire team

Inventory control is managed with simple visual management, labelling, efficient storage systems, FIFO and batch coding for easy traceability. Computerised data management is used to avoid issues related to material handling
